A home is probably the biggest purchase you’ll ever make, so it’s important to understand the condition of your investment. We will provide a non-invasive evaluation of the home’s accessible structure, systems, and components.

While a home inspection can’t reveal every concern that exists, it will significantly reduce your anxiety by arming you with the knowledge you need to make an informed home-buying decision.  When we do a residential inspection, we use the Texas 7-6 inspection form and provide an easy-to-read Spectora form.  Our residential inspection consists of the things that we cover on the inspection are:

3-Phase New Construction Inspection

  • roof, vents, flashings and trim;
  • gutters and downspouts;
  • skylight, chimney, and other roof penetrations;
  • decks, stoops, porches, walkways and railings;
