We are a father and son run home inspection business in East Texas. Both of us are Gerald Beathard, so you are welcome to call us Gerry (father) and Trey (son).
We have an extensive background in construction and home inspection. Gerry first earned a home inspection certification in 1986 as a code inspector with Southern Building Codes Congress. The next year he earned a degree in Building Construction Trades.
He worked for a few years as a contract building code inspector in Central Texas. During this time, he started building homes.
When Trey was eleven years old, he was helping his dad do finish carpentry on log homes. Trey has worked with Gerry in structural and finish carpentry, cabinetry, sheetrock, electrical, plumbing and roofing.
Since 2016 the team has been building and flipping houses in Polk and San Jacinto Counties.
Now we are bringing our almost 50 years combined experience as Stellar Inspectors PLLC.
